Effective January of 2012,
Earned Income Tax Collection will be performed by Keystone as a part
of Act 32. When your
employer asks you to complete
a RESIDENCY CERTIFICATION FORM, use 721012 as the PSD
Code. If your employer
does not provide you with a RESIDENCY CERTIFICATION FORM, you may download
one by clicking HERE. This form already includes the Township’s
PSD Code.
